    This paper proposes the use of modern communication technology that sports can be different, especially, in competition, which they are difficult to track (recording) because the rules of the competition and distance cause the effects of time recording errors in terms of accuracy and impartiality. The integrated vehicular ad hoc network (VANET) is recommended to accommodate such problems. The system is integrated by a 3G or 4G cellular wireless network. By using the general packet radio service (GPRS) to monitor closely to the athletes though the route and duration of competition, where the sports safety and clarity can also be monitored and realized.

    A new design of the intelligent sign language interpreters

    According to the declaration of human rights (UN) and the constitution B.E. 2540 of the Kingdom of Thailand and the present constitution, the disabled in hearing have the rights to study in the educational institutes of general persons. When the disabled in hearing study in higher levels, they find the problems of the sign language interpreters and other facilities, which affect their education. So several agencies and educational institutes try to solve these problems by inventing the Thai sign language interpreter machine and Dinsow robot, which the intelligent robot can interpret the sign languages into words. But nobody has developed the smaller communicative machine which can take with oneself and communicate two ways. In this paper, the concept of the new intelligent sign language interpreters has been developed with only two pieces of equipments, that composes of the braintooth and the mobile reader work together to communicate between teacher with learners.

    An intelligent and multipurpose digital ticket using ad hoc network

    We propose the use of an intelligent ticket that can be applied incorporating with the ordinary ticket, where in this case more digital information with for security application is included, especially, the personal data that can be available for security control. The use of the corporative functions such as GPS (Global Positioning System) data, seat positions and personal and identification data can be provide, in which the crime prevention in the sports, especially, in the stadium can be operated and realized.
