Item type:Publication, The adoption of online food delivery in facing COVID-19 among the Indonesian food MSMEs(2025-06-01) ;Yasirandi, RahmatThanasopon, BunditThis study investigates the factors influencing the Indonesian food micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in adopting online food delivery (OFD) during the corona virus disease-2019 (COVID-19) pandemic, by employing the technology-organization-environment (TOE) framework. Through a quantitative approach involving 378 respondents, this research explores the multi-dimensional factors affecting OFD service adoption, there are innovation compatibility, innovation complexity (IC), innovation cost, owner’s self-efficacy, owner’s commitment, customer pressure (CSP), competitive pressure (CMP), government support (GS), and health protocol guarantee. Employing covariance-based structural equation modeling (CBSEM), the study reveals interesting relationships among the proposed factors. The findings underscore the role of GS and health protocol guarantees in enhancing owner's self-efficacy and commitment towards OFD adoption. Moreover, it challenges the presumed barriers of IC, suggesting a nuanced understanding of adoption process amid a crisis. This study not only enriches the theoretical discourse on technology adoption in the context of a pandemic but also provides practical implications for stakeholders in navigating the post-pandemic business landscape. Future research directions are proposed to explore the continuous intention of food MSMEs towards OFD services postpandemic, highlighting the evolving nature of the global business environment and the enduring impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on food industries. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Item type:Publication, Understanding Continuance Intention of Merchants as End User in Online Food Delivery After COVID-19(2025-03-01) ;Yasirandi, RahmatThanasopon, BunditThis study explores the continuance intention of merchants in using Online Food Delivery (OFD) services post-pandemic, employing an extended Expectation-Confirmation Model (ECM). While existing research on OFD predominantly examines food consumers, this study focuses on the merchant side and investigates how confirmation, perceived usefulness, satisfaction, perceived risk, and perceived critical mass influence their continuance intention. Using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) on data collected from 378 Indonesian merchants, the findings highlight several critical factors. Perceived critical mass fosters platform adoption by creating a sense of widespread utility, while perceived risk indirectly affects continuance intention through its impact on satisfaction, emphasizing the need to address merchants’ concerns. This research enhances the understanding of merchant behavior in the OFD ecosystem by incorporating context-specific factors that influence their decisions. The findings offer practical recommendations for OFD providers to improve system reliability, mitigate perceived risks, and foster a robust user community to ensure sustained engagement. Future studies could build on these insights by investigating similar dynamics in different regions or by including other stakeholders, such as delivery drivers, to provide a broader understanding of the OFD ecosystem. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

However, traditional valet services still rely on manual processes, leading to inefficiencies such as long wait times, miscommunication, and security concerns. This study focuses on developing a digital valet system using the Design Thinking Approach to address these challenges. The proposed prototype demonstrates strong acceptance, addressing user expectations and improving overall service efficiency. During the testing phase, the System Usability Scale (SUS) was employed with 50 participants who had experience in valet services, resulting in a score of 77.7. This score places the prototype in the 'Good' grade and 'Acceptable' category, indicating that the proposed system successfully addresses the functionality and requirements of its intended users. By modernizing valet operations, this study highlights the potential for broader adoption of digital solutions in the hospitality sector, ultimately improving guest experiences and operational effectiveness. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

This includes numerous modern Coffee Shops that have also begun investing in IT. Similarly, Coffee Shop XYZ has invested in IT to support its operational activities. However, there are certain risks associated with IT investment. This study successfully utilized the Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA) method to calculate potential risks. The results indicated a potential loss of 390% of the initial IT investment capital, amounting to IDR 284,026,145. The implications of this study suggest that Coffee Shop XYZ can develop and implement mitigation actions to minimize the potential for losses by applying SOPs, strategic actions at the top-level management, or monitoring applications. Item type:Publication, The acceptance model for camera simulators as a learning media for Indonesian vocational student(2024-10-01) ;Suwastika, Novian Anggis ;Masrom, Maslin ;Qonita, Qori ;Yasirandi, RahmatNuha, Hilal HudanThis study investigates the acceptance of camera simulator technology as a learning media by Indonesian vocational high school (VHS) students and examines the relationships among influencing factors. It proposes an acceptance model integrating the technology acceptance model (TAM) 3 and the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT). Ten factors impacting technology acceptance were identified, resulting in the formulation of 15 hypotheses regarding inter-construct relationships. In this empirical study, a quantitative approach was employed, distributing questionnaires to 200 students at Public Vocational High School 10 in Bandung, specializing in broadcasting and filmmaking programs. After analyzing 145 valid responses, the study progressed in two stages: the measurement model and the structural model. The evaluation of the measurement model confirmed the validity of all indicators and constructs, ensuring compliance with the established standards. In the structural model evaluation, one construct (computer anxiety) and four inter-construct relationships were excluded. This research enhances our understanding of factors influencing camera simulator technology acceptance among VHS students in Indonesia, shedding light on the complexities of their decision-making process in adopting this educational tool. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

Having used their current point-of-sale (POS) application for over a year, an urgent evaluation of its performance and user satisfaction is necessary to ensure ongoing efficiency. This study employs the System Usability Scale (SUS) model and the Extended Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (EUCS) model. This combined approach enhances the understanding of the application's strengths and identifies areas for improvement, forming a solid foundation for evaluating user satisfaction. The study reveals notable usability of the Lakeside Café POS application, evidenced by an SUS score of 78.8, ranking it as "ACCEPTABLE"and "GOOD."The EUCS model analysis further highlights potential enhancements, with the Content and Functionality dimensions scoring 3.5 and 3.65, respectively, indicating room for workflow process development. These findings emphasize the need for improved content delivery and strengthened application functionality to boost user satisfaction and maximize system performance. This research enriches the dialogue on technological acceptance, providing valuable insights for developers and stakeholders focused on advancing POS applications. Item type:Publication, How is the Acceptance of the E-Laman Hati as an Animal Health Reporting Application in Bandung?(2024-01-01) ;Yuriaan, Billy ;Yasirandi, RahmatSuwastika, Novian AnggisE-Laman Hati, an animal health reporting system implemented in the city of Bandung, serves as a vital platform for the systematic collection, analysis, and dissemination of information related to the health status of animals. This paper presents a usability assessment of the E-Laman Hati application, focusing on enhancing user services and ease of interaction. The System Usability Scale (SUS) is used as a key metric to evaluate the application's ease of use. The study employs Cronbach's Alpha values to gauge internal consistency, revealing strong reliability across all ten assessment items (Q1 to Q10), with calculated values ranging from 0.688 to 0.718 (greater than 0.6). Additionally, the validity product moment test demonstrates robust and consistent relationships between variables, affirming the reliability of the test in assessing intended constructs. The correlation coefficients (r-count) for questions Q1 to Q10 ranged from 0.396 to 0.648, surpassing the critical threshold of 0.202. The results of the SUS evaluation indicate an impressive average score of 94.548, positioning the application within the "Grade A"category of SUS grading guidelines. This rating reflects an exceptionally high level of usability, meeting, and exceeding user expectations. The success of the summarization approach in meeting user requirements is further affirmed by the positive evaluation derived from the SUS Score. Overall, E-Laman Hati emerges as a highly effective and user-friendly tool for animal health reporting in the urban context of Bandung. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Item type:Publication, A Comparison of Restaurant-Based and E-Commerce Food Delivery: Customer Evaluation Based on Expectations and Satisfaction(2024-01-01) ;Yasirandi, RahmatThanasopon, BunditThis study examines the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on consumer preferences between restaurant-based and e-commerce food delivery services. Utilizing the E-Service Quality (E-ServQual) model, which includes dimensions such as Efficiency, Fulfillment, Reliability, Privacy, Responsiveness, Compensation, and Contact, the research assesses which delivery method satisfactions align more closely with user expectations through customer evaluations. Methods include a comparative analysis using data collected from surveys. To obtain a robust dataset, the study surveyed 200 consumers who have used both restaurant-based and e-commerce services during the pandemic. This sample size provides sufficient statistical power to discern significant differences between the two service types. Findings indicate that e-commerce platforms generally excel in efficiency, responsiveness, and compensation, whereas restaurant-based services perform better in terms of fulfillment, reliability, privacy, and contact. The results also identify key dimensions from both types of online food delivery services. This analysis provides valuable insights into specific areas where service providers can focus their improvement efforts to meet and exceed consumer expectations. The increase in tourist visits to Bangkok also triggers the potential for a rise in Bangkok tourism during the pandemic. In this study, shopping malls are one of the attractive attractions for a capital city like Bangkok. Tourist expectations of attraction must be realized so that satisfaction can be realized and created revisit. In the digitalization era, the internet's use to find and disseminate information has become commonplace. Tripadvisor.com is one of the leading review sites, which already has many reviewers, and is the case study in this research. Using Word Cloud as an analysis technique and clustering of data reviews, several important factors influence tourist satisfaction. Based on the 1186 clustered reviewers, several factors were produced, such as Place Quality, Location Access, Support Facilities, Price, and Seller Attitude. Item type:Publication, A Survey of Food Delivery Innovation Evolution in Developing Countries: Insights from Indonesia(2023-01-01) ;Yasirandi, RahmatThanasopon, BunditThe food service industry is one of the most promising businesses today, and the availability of food delivery is one of the digital transformations that has occurred in this industry. The continuous development of innovation in this business promises to increase success and revenue. This research examines how food delivery is one of the innovations that plays a crucial role in the sustainability of restaurants/food merchants. The exploratory scope in this survey study is based on research questions, starting with the process evolution in food delivery over time. This includes the influence of three technological eras: cellular telephones, websites, and mobile operating systems, which have an evolutionary impact on the business concept point of view, from restaurant-based delivery to the emergence of e-commerce. The research also explores the benefits and challenges that arise during adoption, with 5 benefits identified, including improved customer experience, increased order efficiency, increased order flexibility, improved food control, and crisis management. The challenges that arise during adoption include inconsistent delivery and quality, technology dependency, partnership dissatisfaction, and health and environmental issues. Based on the findings of this study, there is an opportunity to design a technology adoption model for online food delivery in Indonesia in the future.
