The purpose of this study was to design QZSS L5 Bandwidth Frequency Filter for QZSS Receiver. We presented the configuration of the Butterworth bandpass filter by using PSpice as the tool for the simulation. Bandpass filter frequency of the QZSS L5 with bandwidth is designed in 25 MHz using the Butterworth filter which is presented in this article. These designed circuits are composed of the 3rd order. Moreover, the combination between low pass filter and high pass filter is performed as a bandpass filter. In conclusion, this designed filter on the frequency of QZSS L5 is to be useful by using the Butterworth bandpass filter.

This paper describes the increasing bandwidth of slot antennas with simply microstrip feed line design. The lower edge frequency of the first band depends on antenna size and the bandwidth becomes widen due to tuning stub. The effect of tuning stub can expand upper frequency of bandwidth to higher frequency. The higher frequency is defined by the stub shape, and its parameters are adjusted to match impedance of transmission line with 50 ohms. By properly setting stub size, a wide impedance bandwidth of the proposed antenna can be achieved for ultra-wideband applications. We propose the tuning stub at the end of the microstrip line for extending bandwidth over 8.0 GHz. In this case, an impedance bandwidth of the slot antenna with tuning stub is 8.05 GHz from frequency range 2.73 GHz to 10.78 GHz. This bandwidth coverage the requirement standard of IEEE 802.15a of frequency range from 3.1 GHz to 10.6 GHz of bandwidth 7.5 GHz by The Federal Communications Commission (FCC)[1]. ©ICROS.

In this paper, a simple transmission line model for an edge-coupled patch antenna is presented. The coupled section is modeled with a lump network which represents the mutual admittance between patches and from patch to ground. Theoretical analysis of two edge-coupled patch antenna models are compared by simulation and experiment in antennas designed to operate at the 2 GHz band. The proposed model predicts the return loss of the antenna accurately.

In this paper, a CMOS differential transimpedance amplifier is presented. The basic amplifier employs f<inf>T</inf> doubler and compensation capacitor techniques to enhance the bandwidth. The shunt-shunt feedback configuration is used to compromise between the wide bandwidth of the low impedance design and the low noise performance of the high impedance design. The phantom zero introduced by the feedback network is used to position the pole of the closed-loop system. HSPICE is used to verify the circuit performance with a 0.5 μm CMOS technology and a supply voltage of 2.5 V. Simulation results show the gain and -3 dB bandwidth of 80 dB and 2.4 GHz respectively. The equivalent input noise current is less than 18.4 pA/√Hz within the amplifier frequency band and the total power dissipation is 23 mW.

The following paper presents the design and implementation of IIR notch filter with modified pole-zero placement algorithm. The proposed modified algorithm is derived from the least square estimation to change the pole position and find the estimated values of coefficients to control the new gain level of the pass-band. The results from the algorithm are shown, the algorithm could control the pass-band gain of the notch filter according to the specifications. The result has been simulated by using MATLAB.

The blocking probability of the reverse link cellular CDMA system is presented. Gaussian and lognormal approximation are the methods for determination of blocking probability. In the analysis in this paper, the parameter for the number of resolvable paths over a Rayleigh multipath fading channel is presented. In addition, we also show the effect of power control errors.
