Item type:Publication, Contextual Based E-tourism Application: A Personalized Attraction Recommendation System for Destination Branding and Cultivating Tourism Experiences(2024-01-01) ;Virutamasen, Porngarm ;Ahadi, Navidreza ;Wang, Jing ;Zanjanab, Ali GhalehbanWongpreedee, KageepornThis research introduces an innovative automated application designed to offer users personalized attraction recommendations tailored to their interests and current situations. Utilizing a contextual model and advanced machine learning techniques, the system constructs a comprehensive user profile by considering factors like historical behavior, current context, and demographic data. This approach addresses limitations observed in conventional personalized recommendation systems, including challenges in suggesting attractions for new users, providing comparable recommendations, and incorporating appropriate weighting. By integrating multi-dimensional user models based on context, the system enhances the platform's personalization and adaptability, ultimately contributing to the augmentation of Destination Branding and the cultivation of enriched Tourism. The research yields practical solutions for optimizing tourism services' personalization and introduces improvements in e-tourism recommender systems, carrying significant implications for both industry practitioners and academic researchers. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Item type:Publication, Factors influencing e-loyalty among Thai consumers in mobile food delivery applications(2023-01-01) ;Sawmong, Sudaporn ;Ahadi, NavidrezaDansomboon, SuwajThe study investigates the key factors influencing customer e-loyalty toward mobile food delivery applications (MFDAs) in Thailand. Employing a quantitative research approach, the study collected 360 responses from MFDA users through a simple random sampling technique. The data was analysed using structural equation modelling (SEM), which revealed that factors such as trustworthiness, consumer awareness, innovative design, technology acceptance, and consumer satisfaction positively impact consumer e-loyalty. The findings confirmed significant correlations between these variables, highlighting their importance in shaping consumer e-loyalty in MFDA. The study's findings indicated that the MFDA service provider may utilise them to acquire a better understanding of the food delivery application's (FDA) customer loyalty in the future, refining their services, improving customer engagement, as well as developing marketing strategies, uncovering opportunities, and gaining a competitive edge. By leveraging these findings, companies can uncover new opportunities and gain a competitive advantage in the rapidly evolving food delivery market. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Item type:Publication, The Outlook of Non Fungible Tokens (NFTs): an alternative for academic manuscript ownership and scholarly publications(2023-01-01) ;Zanjanab, Ali Ghalehban ;Ahadi, Navidreza ;Monametsi, Gladness ;Sorooshian, ShahryarTaghipour, Amirhosseinscientific research is expanding at an astounding rate, introducing new and compounding existing challenges and exacerbating those that already exist with regard to peer review quality, scholarly publishing and the emergence of predatory journals, and challenges with academic integrity and frauds in publication. To address this problem, this article suggests using NFT (Non Fungible Token) as a new, less costly, and more equitable means of publishing when it comes to intangible property ownership and identification. Blockchain enables autonomous, decentralized data, eventually resulting in a shared infrastructure where transactions are recorded and preserved. Our method covers the whole spectrum of NFT capabilities for academic manuscripts and scholarly publications through a decentralised solution using open-access tools - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Item type:Publication, Factors affecting Thai consumers' online purchase intention toward organic foods for health benefits and convenience(2023-01-01) ;Sawmong, SudapornAhadi, NavidrezaThis study aims to explore several factors influencing Thai consumers’ online purchase intentions through different purchasing phases. An expanded research model based on the theory of reasoned action was employed. The research used survey questionnaires to collect data from a sample of 400 online consumers to test the hypotheses and analyse the data. During data processing, the researchers used descriptive statistics to ascertain the sample size’s attributes. Additionally, a structural equation model was employed in this study to identify relationships between variables influencing consumer online purchase intention. The results confirm the relationship between variables and alignment with the hypothesis and theoretical framework. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
