Item type:Publication, Tissue culture on-chip design using multivariable molecular network(2012-01-01) ;Authasing, S. ;Chantanetra, S. ;Mitatha, S.Yupapin, P. P.This paper proposed tissue culture on-chip design using multivariable molecular network by using three network combinations such as star, bus and ring networks. A chip consists of star networks that allow the trapping molecule (nutrient or gene) circulation within design a circuit. In principle, the required nutrient can be trapped by the multivariable tweezers and transported to the required destinations. PANDA ring resonator is a modified add-drop filter can be generated and the molecules trapping transport is reviewed. In this work we are seeking for the optimizing results, which will be considered by choosing the suitable network parameters. © 2010 Published by Elsevier Ltd. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Item type:Publication, Atom/molecule transportation using a dark soliton pulse(2010-05-05) ;Vongchumyen, C. ;Authasing, S. ;Mitatha, S. ;Ali, J.Yupapin, P. P.A dark soliton pulse beam that has potential applications in the probing and transport of atoms or molecules as an optical tweezers is demonstrated. The trap pulse beam is formed in the gap between a BP signal at 1500.00 nm and Stokes signal at 1500.09 nm, which have peak powers of -12 dBm. The generated beam is seen to be stable with no fluctuations over a test period of 10 minutes, which is important to ensure that the transported atom / molecule is not lost in the link media. ©2010 IEEE.
