Item type:Publication, The effect of varying dimension of slot loop antenna(2005-12-01) ;Chanoodhorm, S. ;Anantrasirichai, N.Wakabayashi, T.The purpose of this paper is to study the effect of varying dimension of slot loop antenna by fix perimeter. The concept of designing is most simply introduced by considering a width of slot antenna for match impedance 50 ohms. This research is concerned in proportional of length and width of loop shape, such as : square loop shape 1:1, rectangular loop shape 5:4, 10:7, 3:2 and 2:1, respectively. The perimeter of loop shape is designed at frequency 2.4 GHz, this perimeter is fixed for other loop shape for considered the effect of varying dimension. © 2005 IEEE. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Item type:Publication, Designing rectangular slot loop antenna for WLAN application(2005-01-01) ;Anantrasirichai, N. ;Chanoodhorm, S. ;Nakasuwan, J. ;Rakluea, P.Wakabayashi, T.This paper presents the design of rectangular microstrip slot loop antenna that competently achieves dual frequency operation by using a microstrip feed line. This antenna is designed at the resonance frequency 2.4 GHz and 5.2 GHz thereby covering the required frequency-bandwidth of 2.4-2.4836 GHz and 5.15-5.35 GHz, which are widely used in Wireless LAN (WLAN). The characteristics of antennas are proposed and analyzed for instance input impedance, Sn parameter and far field radiation patterns. The antenna is analyzed by Finite Difference Time Domain (FDTD) method which can predict and analysis of the electromagnetic responses of complex problems.
