International collaboration in AI based technologies in agriculture is essential factor to increase output and agriculture productivity. AI horizons/ alliance program aimed to increase awareness and accessibility of new agro markets and optimize supply routes in Eurasia. Precision agriculture is commonly used term that enables AI based instruments into practical agriculture works. Precision agriculture in Eurasia is undergoing a transformative wave powered by artificial intelligence (AI) and cross-border innovation. This article examines how AI-driven technologies including agro-drones for aerial crop monitoring, satellite-based NDVI analysis, image recognition for pest and disease detection, advanced weather forecasting models, and decision support systems – are being deployed across Great Eurasia and Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) countries to boost agricultural productivity and sustainability. A particular focus is given to the Eurasian context countries like China, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Russia and Thailand are leveraging AI to overcome climate and labor challenges, increase yields, and optimize resource use. The AI Horizons Alliance, a Sber-driven consortium, is highlighted as a coordinating body facilitating the exchange of AI technologies and expertise across borders. Real-world case studies demonstrate tangible benefits, such as up to 20% increases in crop yields, and 30% improvements in efficiency, and significant cost savings, achieved through AI-enabled precision farming. The article discusses the collaborative efforts under BRI frameworks, the integration of traditional knowledge with cutting-edge digital tools, and the role of international organizations in guiding this tech-driven agricultural transformation. Challenges from data sharing to capacity building are considered alongside prospects for broader adoption. The findings underscore that AI-driven precision agriculture, underpinned by coordinated Eurasian partnerships, holds to promise for enhancing food security and sustainable development across the region. It is a part of innovation organic agriculture.

Organic certification has encouraged for reliable the consumer demand to get safety food. Association of Agricultural Technology in Southeast Asia (AATSEA) has started irganically certified in the year of 2015 by following the organic standard from many certify bodies eg., International Federation of Organic Agriculture Movements (IFOAM) by BioAgriCert, organic USDA etc. The main target is to examine organic production without application of agrochemicals (chemical fertlizers, chemical pesticides and other synthrtic chemicals) through environmental protection surrounding of soil, water, air and biodiversity for sustainability. In 2022 AATSEA has proposed an dynamic evolution of modern organic agriculture for certification. AATSEA Organic standard is approved by the committee which concerns to the final organic products will not detect toxic agrochemicals, formalin, nitrate/nitrite, non-GMO, low standard of heavy metals as well as Escherichia coli, Samonella sp. The burgeoning logistics and supply chains for agricultural products across Eurasia necessitate robust interaction and expert dialogue among relevant certification bodies. This is crucial for fostering harmonisation and mutual recognition of organic products between RusQuality, Russia and AATSEA Organic certification.

Agriculture is vital for economic sustainability and structural transformation in ASEAN. This paper explores the agricultural landscape in ASEAN, focusing on Thailand as a prominent rice producer. Challenges such as rural-urban migration, the ageing population employed in agriculture, and need to implement innovative solutions to strengthen regional food security are discussed. The primary focus is the innovative use of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) in ASEAN agriculture. UAVs revolutionize data collection through aerial photography, providing real-time insights into terrain, vegetation health, and soil composition. They enable informed decisions, optimize resource allocation, and streamline processes, resulting in cost savings. Equipped with sensors, UAVs precisely monitor crop health, irrigation efficiency, and early pest detection. Integration of advanced software and geographical information systems enhances data analysis and visualization. UAVs facilitate high-resolution mapping, offering detailed information on crop density, weed infestation, and disease outbreaks. This enables targeted interventions, reducing input costs and optimizing resource allocation. Multispectral or hyperspectral sensors provide insights into plant health, chlorophyll content, and water stress, enabling site-specific management strategies for improved sustainability. UAVs are affordable, versatile, and continuously advancing. They can potentially improve productivity, efficiency, and resource management in agriculture. In rice production, UAVs offer benefits like crop monitoring, precise spraying, and uniform seed spreading. They provide real-time information on crop health and pest infestations, enabling optimized management. Spray drones accurately apply pesticides, while seed-spreading drones enhance crop growth and save costs. UAV drones offer significant advantages in ASEAN agriculture, addressing workforce challenges and enhancing productivity. Supportive measures will lead to efficient UAV integration, enhancing sustainability and farmer livelihoods.

The modern artificial intelligence systems for intensive safe cultivation of crops is proposed. Predicted crop is based on platforms of vitisFlower, vitisBerry and FruitSize). The expert assesses economic and environmental impacts for profitability of agro-industrial production. Results are significantly increased in the sustainability of the company to reduce the production costs, obtained an environmentally friendly product. Artificial intelligence systems are created a tool for a simplified of precision farming systems in small companies with the ability to access the platform. The project can be focused to develop and distribute the precision farming systems that supports companies' decisions about the risk of actual production and disease prediction models. The result should be corresponded to decrease the production inputs, and created the low cost hardware / software "data package" within the full cycle of agro-industrial production.
