This paper presents current-mode first-order allpass filter using three operational transconductance amplifiers (OTAs) and grounded capacitor. The use of grounded capacitor makes the circuit more suitable for integrated circuit implementation. The current gain and phase shift can be independently controlled with electronic method. The circuit has high output impedance which enables easy cascading in the current mode circuits. The PSpice simulation results are depicted. The given results agree well with the theoretical anticipation. © 2013 IEEE.

In this study, a single-input multiple-outputs current-mode analog biquadratic filter, based on current controlled current differencing transconductance amplifier (CCCDTA) is presented. The proposed filter uses two CCCDTAs and two grounded capacitors without any external resistors, which is well suited for integrated circuit implementation. The filter simultaneously gives 3 standard transfer functions, namely, lowpass, highpass and bandpass filters with independent control of quality factor and pole frequency by electronic method. By summing of I<inf>HP</inf> and L<inf>LP</inf>, the notch filter can be also achieved. Moreover, the circuit has low input and high output impedance which would be an ideal choice for cascading in current-mode circuit. The PSPICE simulation results are included verifying the workability of the proposed filter. The given results agree well with the theoretical anticipation. © 2013 Elsevier GmbH.

In this study, a current-mode first order allpass filter using current follower transconductance amplifiers (CFTAs) is proposed. The features of the circuit are that: the pole frequency, phase response and current gain can be electronically controlled via the input bias current: the circuit description is very simple, consisting of 2 CFTAs, 1 resistor and 1 grounded capacitor, without any component matching requirements. Consequently, the proposed circuit is very appropriate to further develop into an integrated circuit. Low input and high output impedances of the proposed configuration enable the circuit to be cascaded in current-mode without additional current buffers. The PSpice simulation results are depicted. The given results agree well with the theoretical anticipation.

This article presents a three-inputs single-output biquadratic filter performing completely standard functions: low-pass, high-pass, band-pass, band-reject and allpass functions, based on current controlled current conveyor transconductance amplifier (CCCCTA). The quality factor and pole frequency can be electronically/independently tuned via the input bias current. The proposed circuit uses 2 CCCCTAs and 2 grounded capacitors without any external resistors which is very suitable to further develop into an integrated circuit. The filter does not require double input current signal. Each function response can be selected by suitably selecting input signals with digital method. Moreover, the circuit possesses high output impedance which would be an ideal choice for currentmode cascading. The PSPICE simulation results are included to verify the workability of the proposed filter. The given results agree well with the theoretical anticipation.
