This paper presents the study of uncertainty in measurement as well as the error compensation of the industrial temperature instrument under various conditions for precise and reliable results of the measurement. In this study, the temperature calibration system of PT100 was used as a case study. Data used in analysis were collected from 200 values of repetitive temperature measurement in the range of 25 °C to 100 °C using Data logger together with a computer to process, analyze, and collect in database system which was developed from Visual Basic. The efficiency and characteristics of the developed system were statistically analyzed from error, mean, standard deviation, and uncertainty of each measured value to improve the reliability of the instrument which is used in industrial processes.
