This research explores the link between the organisational environment, control system, and technological innovation, as well as their influence on corporate performance, using a structural equation model for gold mining enterprises in the Eastern African Community (EAC). Financial measurements including growth and profitability have been highlighted as important business concerns for gold-mining firms, and they are in the best interests of the company’s stakeholders. Through technology improvements and control systems, the financial component has a substantial influence on managerial performance. A total of 390 gold mining executives from EAC enterprises participated in this survey. Six executives were chosen from each organisation. The results support the hypothesis by confirming positive relationships between research variables and theoretical framework alignment. Overall, an efficient control system, innovative technology, and a dynamic organisational environment are recommended for gold mining enterprises to improve their performance.

This paper investigates the relationship between social factors, capabilities, and technology reliability and their effect on market valuation of gold mining companies in the Eastern African Community (EAC). Many stakeholders believe that promoting the use of technology among employees can be challenging. The idea primarily contributes to increasing growth, profitability, and development using technologies and training needs and a well-established control procedure in the gold mining industry. Therefore, increasing the firm overall market value serves as the key objective of this study. In each company, six senior managers were selected in the Eastern African Community to survey this research. The findings confirm the relationship between variables and alignment to the hypothesis and theoretical framework. Overall, gold mining companies should strive to pursue the proper structure, as it offers a sound foundation for the operations and technology of the company to increase their market values.

With the development of Internet and information technology as well as the birth of the concept of smart cities, paramount changes occur in people's life. People nowadays can use various high-end smart devices at home without going out. Therefore, the construction of Internet of Things (IoT) facilities is particularly suitable for modern smart cities, which is not only convenient and reliable, but also greatly facilitates people's lives. This research aimed to study and investigate the factors affecting the IOT user satisfaction of citizen in Sinyeong City from China through a quantitative survey. After studying, investigating, and researching, the problems had also been discovered in the construction and application of the Internet of Things in Sinyeong City, as well as the various needs and demands of the citizens. Among them, the influencing factors include information quality, system quality and service quality. The implication which expected, can help government departments to formulate better policies that benefit the people's livelihood to provide the IoT for further smart city, to comprehensively improve the speed of national smart city construction.

Research has determined that business tourism produces more income per person, per day than leisure travellers. To understand this phenomenon, this study investigated the effects of capacity management, customer relationship management, information computer technology (ICT), service quality, supplier relationship management (SRM), and supply chain management (SCM) on Thailand's meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions (MICE) industry organisational effectiveness. The researchers embraced a descriptive survey methodology designed to assess how the 500 managers surveyed viewed their organisations' effectiveness. The design employed the self-administration of questionnaires to a sample of individuals which was aimed at finding each individual's attitudes and opinion about how the 21 observed variables impacted their operations. Of the 10 hypotheses and 21 observed variables, nine were proven, with the findings confirming that ICT has a significant effect on MICE organisational effectiveness.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effects of human resource management (HRM) practices on firm performance in Thailand's manufacturing industrial Zone 2, a region that has seen an influx of foreign investment. Twenty-three theoretically based hypotheses have been developed that point to possible positive and negative relationships between HRM practices, mediating variables and firm performance. A total of 224 top managers, business leaders and line managers provided the input that was examined and then empirically tested using analysis of moment structures (AMOS) Path Analysis. The results show that HRM practices do strongly influence firm performance, a conclusion that is not only consistent with the results of previous research on the subject, but also indicative of methods that of ever-increasing importance to long-term growth in organisations. This study has provided new insight into HRM practices and firm performance, getting to the heart of the role that mediating variables play in the network of relationships.
