Challenges in the collection of signboard taxes largely emanate from access-related problems and human errors, which contribute to inefficiencies in the tax valuation processes. However, a question of concern, which is normally overlooked, is how to provide a systematic and portable solution which combines precision and convenience for the field officers. This paper addresses this gap by developing a portable device based on computer vision and machine learning approaches to automate signboard measurement. Through the integration of state-of-the-art technologies, this device not only increases accuracy but also brings a level of operational simplicity that has not been explored before in this area. The results showed that the device was able to identify and calculate the area of the signboards correctly.

Urban environments face increasing challenges due to pigeon infestations, leading to property damage, environmental degradation, and health concerns. This research presents the development of a laser-based pigeon deterrent system that leverages image processing, embedded systems, and web applications to provide an automated and efficient bird deterrence solution. The system detects pigeons and humans in real time, ensuring that laser deterrence is applied safely and ethically. Through controlled field tests, the system achieved a pigeon detection accuracy of 78.18% and a successful deterrence rate of 49.09%. The results indicate the potential of laser-based deterrents as a viable alternative to conventional bird control methods.

This research aims to observe and improve the received signal resolution that reflected from moving object which, in this experiment, is pedestrian who would be moving around radar within close ranges (2 meters, 15 meters, and 30 meters apart from stationary monostatic radar). Since simulation is a better choice to observe the changes of signal with variety ranges of frequency with less uncontrollable variables thus MATLAB is the chosen tool to run on the experiment in order to observe the micro-doppler effect in each scenario. Considering real-life limitation, authors focus on off-the-shelf frequency range that everyone could access; 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz the frequency range of WIFI. The observation results show that if we want to decrease the frequency from 24 GHz to these household WIFI and still not decrease its information too much to unable to recognize human movement, 5 GHz is a better choice comparing to 2.4 GHz if the application aims to detect the minimum range of moving target indoor with resolution range is more or equal to 1 meter.

This paper proposes the design of recursive Anycast DNS service system using as a replacement for the original unicast DNS service system that the UniNet Network is active and having problems supporting the volume of client traffic that has a large number of educational institutions. In order to increase the efficiency of providing services to clients of educational institutions. The designing from setting up the server host in various node and the designing the server connected to a suitable network for routing protocol has been proposed, including designing an emergency backup system that regards to compatibility with current network systems and the use of the original unicast DNS system to be useful. As a result of testing the designed system, it was found that the Query time of the new system was 2 times less than that of the original system for query IPv4, and 5 times less than that of the original system for query IPv6. Anycast DNS system that was installed can support the amount of DNS Query more 15 times than the original unicast DNS system.

Presently, Drones Quadcopter has caused tremendous problems threatening the military security boundary and the area under Thai Army's surveillance. This article presents a conceptual framework for detecting and tracking unmanned aircraft by applying image processing. Study and analysis Compare advantages and disadvantages in order to develop and provide suitable equipment and tools Replacement of imported high-priced With limiting factors, namely distance, time, terrain And interference resistance The researchers used the camera USB 3.0 Cameras and Open Source Computer Vision (OpenCV) as a software development library on Linux operating systems to automatically record movies. In order to bring the image to analyze and distinguish the object classification by using Machine Learning through a sample of correct information and some incorrect information. Which when detecting, the installed device will calculate the coordinates detected, lock the target, track the movement Voice notification and report. The experiment was conducted by using Anova to test various factors affecting the detection, such as speed, light, color and size in 350 feet with the equipment we installed. The results of the experiment concluded that there was only a speed that had an effect at 22.65.

Home appliances-controlled platform with HomeKit application is a platform that allows users to control general appliances via HomeKit, which is an application from Apple on any device running iOS10 or later. The platform is the communication medium between application and appliances. The appliances do not need to be manufactured by Apple since they are expensive and have to put an effort in case the customer want to buy it. The platform is capable of receiving and transferring data to a HomeKit application for data processing, then transmits signal back to control the operation of the appliances. Within the platform, there is a section that acts as a communication server for the HomeKit application which is like a direct Apple server. In addition to receiving and sending data from the HomeKit application, the platform also has an automatic control that is controlled by the reading sensor contained in each platform comparing the threshold values, user defined. Each platform has different sensors based on their operations and can control only one type of appliance because each type of control uses different signal, the control must be unique, matching the type of appliances and the form of command in different manufacturers.

Crayfish farm is an opportunity for farmers to earn money. Crayfish can farm as pet or food. Information technology can help famer to manage farm efficiently. This research presents the information system for crayfish farm. The crayfish farm system uses wireless sensors for measure temperature and water levels. It can also be feeding automatically through the website. The web application plays as an important role to improve and help manage farm. This application also provides the farm information such as appropriate temperature, date that water need to be change, feed times, and food amount. The system uses Arduino UNO to communicate with sensors, feeder and Raspberry Pi is used to connect to server. The experiment show that the system can work together however this system need improvement to work in real farm.

This research proposes the smart way to solve the common problem of the conventional door-locking system. The important problems of the ordinary door-locking systems are key lost, forgetting to lock the system and cannot check the lock status from remote. To solve these problems, we proposed a method to lock-unlock the system which utilizes the web application and passcode alongside the usual method of using the ordinary keys. The proposed system can remotely lock, remotely unlock, remotely check door state, remotely check door locking state, send the email to the owner in case of someone knocking on the door and generate the temporary passcode to use in specific date and time.

The growth of economic influences city authorities to plan and build infrastructure. The growth prediction mostly uses modern mathematical models. The accuracy of the model is highly depended on reliable parameters. Two crucial parameters for most models are traffic capacity and average travel speed along road networks and obtained from an origin-destination (OD) estimation. Thus, an OD estimation is necessary to obtain reliable parameters for the predictive models. Traditionally, the OD estimation is performed by human observation; however, an automatic license plate recognition and matching algorithm show potential of obtaining such data. Additionally, the observation is able to perform long term observation which is impractical for human. Therefore, this paper reports an empirical experiment on OD estimation using automatic license plate matching along with a real-world human observation survey in Mukdahan province. The results from both types of surveys are reported and compared. The different results between the both raises an opportunity for researching an optimal method of OD estimation in Thailand.
