Item type:Publication, Electronically controllable first-order multifuntion filter with using single active building block(2018-06-08) ;Chinpark, Kobkiat ;Jaikla, Winai ;Siripongdee, SurapongSuwanjan, PeerawutIn this paper, a new voltage-mode first-order multifunction filter using the modified current controlled current conveyor transconductance amplifier (M-CCCCTA) is presented. The proposed filter has two input-voltage nodes with single output voltage node. It can realize three first-order filtering output responses, low-pas filter (LPF), high-pass filter (HPF) and all-pass filter (APF). The natural frequency is electronically tuned. For all-pass filter, the phase shift is electronically varied from 0 to 180 degree which is conveniently controlled by microprocessor or microcontroller. Also, the matching condition of the parameter used to tune the phase response is not required. The proposed first-order filter employs single grounded capacitor, single grounded resistor, and single M-CCCCTA. The simulation results from PSpice program are included to confirm workability of the proposed filter. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

The magnitude of the output signal is temperature-insensitive. The proposed circuit consists of only single CCCCTA. Without any matching conditions and external passive elements, the circuit is then appropriate for an IC architecture. The PSpice simulation results are depicted, and the given results agree well with the theoretical anticipation. Item type:Publication, MISO current-mode biquad filter with independent control of pole frequency and quality factor(2012-09-01) ;Jaikla, Winai ;Siripongdee, SurapongSuwanjan, PeerawutThis article presents a three-inputs single-output biquadratic filter performing completely standard functions: low-pass, high-pass, band-pass, band-reject and allpass functions, based on current controlled current conveyor transconductance amplifier (CCCCTA). The quality factor and pole frequency can be electronically/independently tuned via the input bias current. The proposed circuit uses 2 CCCCTAs and 2 grounded capacitors without any external resistors which is very suitable to further develop into an integrated circuit. The filter does not require double input current signal. Each function response can be selected by suitably selecting input signals with digital method. Moreover, the circuit possesses high output impedance which would be an ideal choice for currentmode cascading. The PSPICE simulation results are included to verify the workability of the proposed filter. The current gain and phase shift can be electronically/orthogonally controlled. Low input and high output impedances are achieved which make the circuit to be easily cascaded to the current-mode circuit without additional current buffers. The operation of the proposed filter has been verified through simulation results which confirm the theoretical analysis. The application example as current-mode quadrature oscillator with noninteractive current control for both of oscillation condition and oscillation frequency is included to show the usability of the proposed filter. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

The pole frequency and quality factor can be electronically/ orthogonally controlled via input bias currents. The circuit description consists of merely 2 CCCCTAs and 2 grounded capacitors. Without any external resistors, the proposed circuit is then suitable for IC architecture. The proposed circuit due to high output impedances enable easy cascading in current-mode. Item type:Publication, Electronically tunable current-mode multiphase oscillator using current-controlled cctas(2010-12-01)Kumngern, MontreeThis paper presents a new current-mode multiphase sinusoidal oscillator employing current controlled current conveyor transconductance amplifiers (CCCCTAs). The proposed oscillator circuit, which employs one CCCCTA, one grounded capacitor and one grounded resistor for each phase, can generate arbitrary n output current equal-amplitude signals that are equally spaced in phase (n being even or odd), all at high output impedance terminals. The frequency of oscillation and the condition of oscillation can be controlled electronically and independently through adjusting the bias current of the CCCCTA. The proposed oscillator is highly suitable for integrated circuit implementation. The theoretical results were verified by PSPICE simulation. © 2010 IEEE.
