This research is used to change the current work method where employees download oven temperature data of the image sensor in manual CSV file format to analyze and make reports in graph form. The window application is created the data to get the data from the PLC control machine to record temperature data from a CSV file and record it in the SQL database automatically. The web application is also developed to serve as a dashboard for data analysis. It is possible to reduce operating time by 91 percents and can reduce the cost of hiring employees. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

The improvement is applied to the production process gradually and continuously for the production process balancing. This research uses the cycle time and waste disposal, which are important tools that can be used to analyse the lost process time and waste in all aspects of business. There are guidelines for classifying the types of waste into seven groups. In addition, there are electric torque wrench to one workstation and production line balancing to reduce the cycle time. Finally, the production cycle time is reduced by 14 percents then the production cost is also reduced, and the company can get more profit. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

The data were gather from the websites of sugar companies of ASEAN countries and database of World Bank from 2003 to 2019 and fixed effect model is used to check the hypotheses. The findings exposed that the industry 4.0 revolution has positive impact on the business process of the sugar industry in ASEAN countries. These findings provide the guidelines and suggestions to the authorities who prepared the policies that they should prepare the policies that enhance the adoption and positive effects of industry 4.0 revolution on the production and other business processes.
