This research examines the antecedents of user satisfaction with Huawei mobile phones, with a particular emphasis on critical factors such as product pricing, quality, service, data privacy, and user experience. Employing a convenience sampling method, the study encompasses a sample size of 385 actively engaged Huawei phone users. The research instrument utilized is a structured questionnaire, and the analysis employs multiple linear regression to unveil the nuanced relationships between these factors and user satisfaction. Within the context of product pricing, this research underscores the pivotal role of user perceptions in evaluating the equilibrium between phone performance and price. Additionally, it critically assesses the impact of Huawei's promotional and discount strategies during sales, elucidating their significance in users' purchasing decisions and subsequent satisfaction. While user surveys demonstrate commendable satisfaction with product quality, the study urges caution concerning potential variations across diverse product lines. Positive feedback on service and after-sales service is duly acknowledged, alongside identified opportunities for optimization. The research recognizes the paramount importance of data privacy and protection in shaping user satisfaction, emphasizing the imperative of continuous attention to evolving user expectations. These findings contribute significantly to the nuanced understanding of user satisfaction dynamics, offering actionable insights for strategic decision-making at Huawei.

Mobile technology has become a vital part of our lives. There is a large number of studies to develop mobile applications. Nevertheless, some of them were not designed for the elderly to use easily. By 2021, Thailand will become a full-fledged ageing society. Workers aged more than 45 will be at greater risk of losing their job because of economic recession or the growth of AI technology. This paper demonstrates the usability testing of mobile job applications comparing three popular job apps used in Thailand. An analytical tool for prototypes and the System Usability Scale (SUS) were used to collect and analyse data. The main usability metrics in this study are effectiveness, efficiency, and satisfaction. The results show that using ambiguous labels, icons with multiple meanings, and using a "hamburger" icon can cause Thai senior users to become disoriented and affect their performances.

Usability tests of Thai mobile banking UI design
    (2020-01-01)
    Aranyanak, Inthraporn
Nowadays, many banking customers process their transactions via mobile banking applications because of the convenience. This study examines five well-known Thai mobile banking applications to measure their usability and compares their UI design from the perspective of nine main functions. An analytical tool for prototypes and the System Usability Scale (SUS) were used to collect and analyse data. The usability test of the five mobile banking applications in this paper involves three usability metrics: effectiveness showing the completion rate, efficiency showing the time used to successfully complete a task, and satisfaction using SUS to evaluate users' satisfaction with the product. This paper presents problems found in poor UI design and suggests how to improve mobile banking UI design.
