In the future research, PLC will be used to control linear movement straightly. This study focuses on improving the cycle time of the work process at the station related to barcode reading. This operation should be of minimal duration to result in shorter cycle times and resulting in increased production volumes while still maintaining quality and reducing production costs. Image processing methodology is applied to reading barcodes instead of using a barcode reader which creates clear image quality along with developing an application using Android Bridge (ABD) and ZXing libraries that can read 1D barcodes in many formats. More essentially, application development by multithreading programming can process barcode reading simultaneously at a time that meets the target cycle time. The result of this study proves that the process of reading barcodes by human work has taken 60 times per job cycle and the reading time was about 29 seconds, becoming reduced to 19.85 seconds, manpower can be reduced by 1 person and production cost as well. Moreover, this implementation eliminates human errors that are likely to occur from scanning barcodes in the wrong position. Therefore, this study has benefited the manufacturing industry achieve significantly increased productivity and efficiency. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

In this paper, healthy and eight nutrient deficiency classes were studied. The performance was evaluated in different situations of two public data sets. The proposed method can provide sensitivity and specificity in Raw Images, Raw Images with combination, Augmented Images, and Augmented Images with the combination. Item type:Item, The statistics of equatorial spread-F at the conjugate stations in Southeast Asia(2014-01-01) ;Klinngam, Somjai ;Supnithi, Pornchai ;Manositthichai, Narongsak ;Sepsirisuk, KasemsukTsugawa, TakuyaIonospheric disturbance is a major impediment to current communication systems with the signals propagating through the ionosphere. A signature of such disturbance when appearing in an ionogram, resulting from the ionosonde observation system, is known as spread-F. The spread-F statistics is therefore crucial to the design and operation of communication system. In this work, we analyze the equatorial spread-F (ESF) statistics at the conjugate stations: Chiangmai, Chumphon and Kototabang during the period of minimum solar activity from September 2008 to April 2009. The statistics of range type spread-F (RSF) occurrence after the local sunset are shown in terms of the monthly average percentage since it is related to the Equatorial Plasma Bubble (ESP). We found that the RSF occurrence is higher at Chumphon station, which is near the magnetic equator, than at Kototabang and Chiangmai stations. The maximum level occurs during March 2009 at Chumphon station and the higher rate mostly during the equinoctial months. In addition, we compare the observed RSF occurrence probability at Chumphon station with the IRI-2012 model prediction. The comparison results show that the IRI model overestimates our results in all seasons, most evidently in December Solstice, except the estimation in June solstice during 21:00-03:30 LT when IRI model underestimates the statistics of RSF occurrence. Nevertheless, the IRI model gives closer probability values in March equinox during 20:00-22:00 LT than other seasons. © 2014 IEEE. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Item type:Item, The variation of critical frequency of E layer over Chumphon, Thailand(2013-12-09) ;Wongcharoen, Poramintra ;Kenpankho, Prasert ;Sepsirisuk, Kasemsuk ;Supnithi, PornchaiNoppanakeepong, SuthichaiIn this research paper presents the observed critical frequency of E layer (foE) over Chumphon, Thailand which is located at nearly the magnetic equator (lat. 10.72° long. 99.37° dip. 3°) during September 2004 to August 2005. The foE is one of essential parameters in the International Reference Ionsphere (IRI) model. We investigate the variation of the observed foE by comparing to the Sun spot number, ionospheric index, and 10.7 cm. flux. Due to essentially of accurate IRI model can be used to applied in communication such as it may be implied tendency of phenomena in E layer effect on high frequency communication over Chumphon, Thailand. © 2013 IEEE. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Item type:Item, A new image authentication scheme using bit plane feature of wavelet coefficient(2011-12-26)Sepsirisuk, KasemsukThis paper proposes a new image authentication scheme, which is done in the wavelet domain. A magnitude of coefficient in selected sub-bands is determined in terms of bit plane data. An image feature is generated from this data and then signed to be a digital signature. The Signature can be embedded into host image or separately send. The feature is only 256 bytes. Item type:Item, A new correlation-based watermarking method using wavelet tree and mathematical morphology(2009-01-01) ;Sepsirisuk, Kasemsuk ;Hamamoto, Kazuhiko ;Atsuta, KiyoakiKondo, ShozoThis paper proposes a new correlation-based watermarking method using the wavelet tree and the mathematical morphology. In this method a watermark is a two-dimensional pseudorandom array of {-1, 1} with the same size as a host image to be watermarked. The watermark is embedded into a Resilient Tree Structure (RTS) which is created by applying the mathematical morphology, the dilation operation, to the wavelet tree. The dilation operation improves the reliability of the proposed method by increasing the number of coefficients involved in watermarking. Furthermore an improved perceptual weighting function of the Human Visual System is used for preserving the image quality. In a watermark detection process the linear correlation between the watermark and the coefficients of the RTS of a tested image is computed to judge the presence of the watermark. The experimental results show that the proposed method outperforms current correlation-based watermarking methods. © 2009 The Institute of Electrical Engineers of Japan. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Item type:Item, Accelerating ray-casting for semitransparent image using Bi-directional skipped distance transforms(2002-01-01) ;Sepsirisuk, Kasemsuk ;Ungpinitpong, Phittaya ;Lertprasert, PolsartSangworasil, ManasThis paper shows a method for speeding up the ray-traversal process of volume viewing. The algorithm acceleration is achieved by skipping empty regions defined for each background voxel of the volume in pre-processing step. Background voxels are labeled by a value, which is equal to the voxel distance to the nearest foreground voxel. The algorithm starts by backward traverse of the volume to find an existing point of the foreground and follows by forward traverse of the volume from an entry point of volume until it meets the existing point. This method enables a faster Tay-traversal time than traditional distance transforms.
