This paper we propose a new system design for optical frequency comb generator (OFCG) using PANDA ring resonator over terahertz span. This scheme can be generated high capacity frequency comb signal tens to hundreds of frequencies by using a Dark-Bright soliton pulse driven, so that we can obtain high capacity comb signal at the through and drop port, respectively. Our system can tune the rate and pulse width by driving signal or the ring parameter. In application, the proposed scheme can be recognized as a simple flexible and more stable for apply in advance circuit system. © 2012 IEEE.

A new technique of terahertz (THz) frequency carrier generation for multi-channel radio frequency identification (RFID) use is proposed. The dense wavelength division multiplexing signals can be obtained by using a Gaussian pulse propagating within a modified add-drop filter known as a PANDA ring resonator. The THz device system can be made contributions to the promising applications, especially in highspeed switching, demultiplexing, and wavelength conversion of optical signals, in which the effect of THz control is also required and essential for the potential application to ultra-high speed wireless digital interconnects for computer chips with ultra-high clock rates. In principle, the high-density frequency (wavelength) can be generated and used to form the RFID; moreover, the tiny device system is another advantage, which can be constructed to incorporate the currently used system. The results obtained have shown that higher density and increasing channel capacity can be obtained and are useful for the large demand for RFID applications. © 2012 Society of Photo-Optical Instrumentation Engineers (SPIE).

We propose a new system of a micro-optical gyroscope (MOG) using a micro-embedded system. This system is comprised of a modified add/drop filter known as a PANDA ring resonator, which can be applied to navigate the direction with 3-D axes. The optical total path length of a MOG has been expanded by mean of an enhanced ring or PANDA ears. Simulation results obtained have shown that the precision signal at the phase difference of rotation orbit (straight line, ellipse, circle, etc.,) as a function of the inertial rotation rate Ω based on the Sagnac effect is achieved. The dependence of the transmission characteristics of the PANDA ring on the coupling coefficients of directional couplers is studied. The mathematical model of the system is analyzed and simulated. © 2012 IEEE.

A novel system of nanofluidics trapping and delivery, which is known as a tissue culture system is proposed. By using the intense optical pulse(i.e., a soliton pulse) and a system constructed by a liquid core waveguide, the optical vortices (gradient optical fields/wells) can be generated, where the trapping tools in the same way as the optical tweezers in the PANDA ring resonator can be formed. By controlling the suitable parameters, the intense optical vortices can be generated within the PANDA ring resonator, in which the nanofluidics can be trapped and moved (transported) dynamically within the Tissue culture system(a wavelength router), which can be used for tissue culture and delivery in the hydroponic plant system. © 2011 IEEE.

In this work, we propose the technique that can be used to trap/delivery bio-cell by using the concept of dark solitons and potential well, in which the trapping force is formed by using the intense optical vortices generated within the series ring and the PANDA ring resonator, the microscopic bio-cell can be trapped and moved dynamically, in which the valley of the dark soliton is generated and controlled within the PANDA ring resonator by the control port signals. © 2011 American Institute of Physics.

A novel design of nanoscopic volume transmitter and receiver for drug delivery system using a PANDA ring resonator is proposed. By controlling some suitable parameters, the optical vortices (gradient optical fields/wells) can be generated and used to form the trapping tools in the same way as the optical tweezers. By using the intense optical vortices generated within the PANDA ring resonator, the nanoscopic volumes (drug) can be trapped and moved (transport) dynamically within the wavelength router or network. In principle, the trapping force is formed by the combination between the gradient field and scattering photons, which is reviewed. The advantage of the proposed system is that a transmitter and receiver can be formed within the same system (device), which is called a transceiver, which is available for nanoscopic volume (drug volume) trapping and transportation (delivery). © 2011 IEEE.

An interesting security technique that uses the dark-bright soliton conversion control within the microring resonator is proposed. The obtained outputs for a dark-bright soliton dynamic state can be controlled and used to form the public key suppression for communication security application. However, a good design should be possible to be fabricated; therefore, by using the parameters based on the practical device parameters, the simulation results obtained have shown that the proposed system can indeed be achieved. The public key suppression and public key recovery can be used in a highly secure communication system and has potential applications in optical cryptography. © 2011 Society of Photo-Optical Instrumentation Engineers (SPIE).

Such a system is known as the PANDA ring resonator structure. By controlling the suitable input parameters and the control optical signals, the optical pulses are employed to form the gradient potentials, finally, the optical vortices (gradient optical fields/wells) are generated, which can be deployed in various applications. © 2011 World Scientific Publishing Company.

A novel system of an optical vortex generation using an add/drop multiplexer incorporating with two nanoring resonators is proposed. Such a system is known as a PANDA ring resonator structure, in which the optical vortices (gradient optical fields/wells) can be generated and used to form the photon/atom trapping tools in the same way as the optical tweezers. By controlling some suitable parameters of the input and the control optical pulses, the intense optical vortices can be generated within the PANDA ring resonator, in which the trapped photons/atoms can move dynamically within the system. The trapping force occurrs and is formed by the combination between the gradient field and scattering photons, which we review. A transmitter and receiver can be formed within the same system (device), which is called a transceiver. Finally, the use of the PANDA ring resonator as a hybrid transceiver and repeater for nanocommunication is discussed. © 2010 Society of Photo-Optical Instrumentation Engineers.
