Item type:Item, Electronically controllable SITO multifunction filter with single VDTA(2018-08-13) ;Channumsin, OrapinTangsrirat, WorapongThis paper presents a modern second-order multifunction filter with single input and triple output terminals employing only single VDTA and four passive elements. It is capable of generating the three standard biquadratic filtering functions, namely lowpass (LP), bandpass (BP) and highpass (HP) responses, simultaneously from the same topology. The circuit also offers the advantage of an electronic adjusting of the natural angular frequency ±o and the quality factor (Q) through the VDTA's transconductance gains. The tracking error effects on the performance of the proposed filter are essayed. PSPICE simulations of the presented filter are performed based on TSMC 0.25-± m CMOS technology. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Item type:Item, Single VDBA-based phase shifter with low output impedance(2017-11-03) ;Channumsin, OrapinTangsrirat, WorapongThis paper proposes a realization of an electronically tunable voltage-mode phase shifter section using a single voltage differencing buffered amplifier (VDBA) as an active component, together with one floating capacitor and one grounded resistor as passive components. The proposed circuit is efficient of providing an electronic control of the natural angular frequency (fflb) through the transconductance gain of the VDBA. It also possesses low output impedance, which makes it conveniently cascadable. PSPICE simulation results, including frequency response and transient analysis, are incorporated to verify the theoretical analysis.
