Item type:Item, Hybrid transistor manipulation controlled by light within a PANDA microring resonator(2012-06-12) ;Chantanetra, Soontorn ;Teeka, Chat ;Mitatha, Somsak ;Jomtarak, RangsanYupapin, Preecha P.In this paper, the novel type of transistor known as a hybrid transistor is proposed, in which all types of transistors can be formed by using a microring resonator called a PANDA microring resonator. In principle, such a transistor can be used to form for various transistor types by using the atom/molecule trapping tools, which is named by an optical tweezer, where in application all type of transistors, especially, molecule and photon transistors can be performed by using the trapping tools, which will be described in details. © 2012 IEEE. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Item type:Item, WLAN location determination systems(2006-12-01) ;Chantanetra, Soontorn ;Sangworasilp, ManasPhasukkit, PattarapongThis paper presents method to identify the users' locations for indoor-users using wireless network devices. The method can specify wireless LAN users' positions through wireless device drivers, the same methods as Global Position System(GPS) tracking ones, based on Microsoft™ Windows™ Driver Development Kit (DDK) [10] The program developed by Visual C++. By using presented log-likelihood ratio(LLR) combined with Geometry method, the error in distance of location tracking is approximated only 0.75-1.25 meters. The experiment provides a good result, faster tracking as well as real time approach compared with another method [1][2]. ©2006 IEEE. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Item type:Item, Mobile positioning location using E-OTD method for GSM network(2003-01-01) ;Chantanetra, SoontornNoppanakeepong, SuthichaiToday's rapidly evolving positioning location technology can be possible to determine the geographical position of mobile phone. This is related to many new services of the next rejloIution mobile communication system It is important to find out what location technology is suitable for operating on GSM network. However a success of service must cancem with the lowest possible cost and minima1 impact on the network infrastructure and subscriber equipment because GSM system were not originally designed for positioning. Thus we present to study of the E-OTD location technology for improving accuracy and service stability.
