This study investigates the key determinants influencing the adoption of electric vehicle (EV) charging station applications in central Thailand, incorporating user views through technological acceptance models. A quantitative approach was employed, polling 206 electric car users throughout the four provinces with the largest number of public EV charging stations (38%): Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Samut Prakan, and Pathum Thani. This study combines the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT2) with the Information Systems Success Model to assess the impact of Perceived Usefulness (PU), Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU), Effort Expectancy (EE), and Facilitating Conditions (FC) on the quality of information, systems, and services in electric vehicle (EV) charging applications. The results indicate that the user demographic is primarily female (58.3%), with a significant portion aged 28–37 years (49.5%). Furthermore, 89.8% of participants possess a bachelor’s degree or higher. Usage of public charging stations is moderate, with 64.4% of users charging 1–2 times per week, which is lower than frequencies observed in comparable studies conducted in Europe. The findings indicate that EE and PU are the primary determinants of adoption, with EE being essential for system quality and PU exerting a positive effect on all quality dimensions. Facilitating conditions significantly influence information quality, with service quality identified as the most robust predictor of overall satisfaction. The research underscores ongoing fragmentation within electric vehicle applications, especially in developing markets. These insights offer critical guidance for developers, policymakers, and other stakeholders, highlighting the necessity of user-centered design, integrated solutions, and high-quality services to promote EV adoption and facilitate Thailand's transition to sustainable transportation. As supplementary information for product development aimed at entrepreneurs in the domain of application development for public electric vehicle charging stations in Thailand.

New online learning, online education, and digital education have gradually become a development direction in the field of education in China. But the effect of practical learning and teaching is not ideal. This paper uses the literature review approach. The objective of this paper is to summarize the impact of technological pedagogical and content knowledge (TPACK) on willingness and behavior to use in digital education platforms. Therefore, this study introduced the knowledge framework of TPACK theory based on the Extend Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT2), so as to construct the continuous use intention framework of using the digital education platform for rural teachers in China. The main findings show that there is the impact, and that the findings for TPACK found in the willingness and behavior of digital education platforms do not have a holistic conceptual framework. The results showed that, based on the current situation of rural teachers using a digital education platform and employing the theories of UTAUT2 and TPACK, the study developed a theoretical model framework and proposed research hypotheses. These research results provide new ideas for the design and development of digital education platform.

Due to air pollution, technological change is needed in the transportation sector as traditional vehicles are the top contributor. Replacing fossil fuel vehicles with electric vehicles can minimize contamination in the air. This study has investigated factors affecting the adoption of electric vehicles with the moderation of charging infrastructure using the extended unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT2) with additional factors such as environmental concerns, satisfaction with policies, trust, and charging infrastructure. The data were collected from 300 users through a survey questionnaire in Pakistan. Environmental concerns, price value, hedonic motivation, and habit significantly predict use behavior. Nevertheless, facilitating conditions, effort expectancy, social influence, and satisfaction with incentive policies showed insignificant results while affecting use behavior. The moderating effect of charging infrastructure showed insignificant results.

Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, and AI-Enabled Checkouts in several industries, including education, retail, etc. These technologies have shown an essential and highly important ability to provide customers with new innovative user experiences and interactions between humans and technology. This paper focuses on developing a tool including nine latent and 23 observed variables for an exam a conceptual framework of Willingness to Use Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, and AI-Enabled Checkouts with Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology2, Expectation-Confirmation Model, Service Quality, and Personal Innovativeness. These findings will provide observed variables as a tool for exam insight into what affects customer willingness to use.

With the higher users' rate of mobile internet technology, more and more Chinese people start to use smartphones. E-commerce is gradually changing to mobile commerce in China. As a new shopping tool, mobile shopping Apps are more and more popular in China. The challenges of promoting mobile shopping Apps have brought challenges to the company promoting it. In this study, we propose a conceptual framework of the adoption model of mobile shopping (M-shopping) Apps based on UTAUT2 integrated with factor Corporate Reputation and factor Personal Innovativeness in IT to examine the correlative factors influencing users' willingness to use the mobile shopping applications before quantitative analysis, providing some suggestions on how to improve M-shopping Apps for the retailers and Apps developers.

The rapid growth of technology allows Thailand into a cashless society in the future. In this study, we have proposed the cashless society acceptance in Thailand, from which all electronic transactions such as purchasing, sales, and the provision of other financial services can be applied. This is the investigation of the UTAUT2 theory that can be more appropriate for the consumers. The UTAUT2 theory is integrated with the service quality (trust and application design), which can be used to examine the acceptance potential of the cashless society acceptance in Thailand. The outcomes of this study will benefit the financial industry in their effort to initiate an extensive online-transactions process in all users, especially in Thailand.

The use of cloud storage technology has been dramatically increased in Thailand especially for most working people. Satisfaction in using cloud storage systems (e.g., for storing and retrieving information) is one of users' criteria for making a decision to use them. The purpose of this study is to develop a model of User Satisfaction of working people in Thailand in order to define relevant factors that affect their use of cloud storage systems. This conceptual framework is based on a technology acceptance theory (TAM3) that considers perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use and on a Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT2) that considers social influence and user's experience that affect user's satisfaction. In this model, the following service aspects of Cloud storage systems which have been taken from a service satisfaction research are defined as dependent variables: equitable service, timely service, ample service, continuous service and progressive service.
