Consisting of only CCCIIs as active elements not requiring any external passive elements, all of the proposed circuits are capable of high frequency operation and well suited for IC fabrication. Moreover, the circuits performances are insensitive to temperature and their gains can be easily adjusted by varying the input bias current of CCCII. Finally, the simulation results of the proposed squaring, square-rooting and a two-input vector summation circuits are depicted to confirm the theoretical analysis. © 2009 Elsevier GmbH. The configuration of the proposed circuit is simple and very attractive for monolithic circuits owing to using only one grounded capacitor and two CCCIIs. Phase shift characteristic of the current mode all-pass filter can be controlled by dc bias currents of the CCCIIs. The proposed circuit is verified by SPICE simulation and applied in current mode quadrature oscillator realization. Item type:Item, An arbitrary power law device based on integrators(2000-12-01) ;Kiranon, Wiwat ;Loescharataramdee, Chariya ;Petchakit, WijittraSangpisit, WipaA new simple arbitrary power law device implemented from integrators along with the sample-and-hold technique is presented. The number of the integrators indicates the index of the power law. Part of the integrators determine an appropriate time interval to be used to control the sample-and-hold circuit to extract the correct output. To test the validity and value of the proposed method, numerous power law functions have been experimented. The experimental results show very close agreement with the theoretical analysis. In addition, the measurement output, possibly as large as a few volts, is obtained with extreme precision. © 2000 IEEE.
