Item type:Item, New current-controlled current-mode sinusoidal quadrature oscillators using CDTAs(2015-01-01) ;Summart, Saksit ;Thongsopa, ChanchaiJaikla, WinaiThis article presents new current-mode oscillator circuits using CDTAs which is designed from block diagram. The proposed circuits consist of three CDTAs and two grounded capacitors. The condition of oscillation can be adjusted electronically/orthogonally from the oscillation frequency by adjusting bias current of the CDTAs. The proposed quadrature oscillators have high output impedance and use only grounded capacitors without any external resistor which is very appropriate for future development into an integrated circuit. The PSPICE simulation and experimental results are corresponding to the theoretical analysis. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Item type:Item, CCCIIs-based sinusoidal quadrature oscillators with non-interactive control of condition and frequency(2014-01-01) ;Summart, Saksit ;Thongsopa, ChanchaiJaikla, WinaiThe paper presents two current-mode quadrature oscillators with non-interactive two current controls for both of the condition of oscillation (CO) and the frequency of oscillation (FO) using current controlled current conveyors (CCCIIs). The proposed oscillators can provide two sinusoidal output currents with 90 degrees phase difference. It also provides high output impedances that make the circuit can directly drive load without additional current buffer. The condition of oscillation and frequency of oscillation can be controlled by adjusting the bias currents of the CCCIIs. The proposed circuits use only grounded capacitors without any external resistor which is very appropriate for further development into an integrated circuit. The results of PSPICE simulation program are corresponding to the theoretical analysis. Item type:Item, Dual-output current differencing transconductance amplifiers-based current-mode sinusoidal quadrature oscillators(2014-01-01) ;Summart, Saksit ;Thongsopa, ChanchaiJaikla, WinaiThis paper presents three current-mode quadrature oscillator (QO) circuits based on dual-output current differencing transconductance amplifier (DO-CDTA) which is designed from block diagram. The proposed circuits consist of two DO-CDTAs and two grounded capacitors. The circuits can provide two sinusoidal output currents with 90° phase difference. The condition of oscillation (CO) can be adjusted independently from the frequency of oscillation (FO) by adjusting the bias currents of the DO-CDTA. The proposed circuits have high output impedance appropriate for cascade connection application in current mode which is capable to directly drive load. The circuits use only grounded capacitors without any external resistor which is very appropriate for further development into an integrated circuit. Moreover, the oscillator circuits can also adjust amplitude of the output signal. The filter circuit using only single CCTA and single grounded capacitor. It is able to provide low-pass, high-pass and all-pass function. Morover, the proposed oscillator can provide two sinusoidal output currents with 90 degrees phase difference. The filter and oscillator circuits use only grounded capacitors without any external resistor and have high output impedance appropriate for cascade connection application in current mode which is capable to directly drive load. This qualification is very appropriate for further development into an integrated circuit. The proposed oscillator provides 2 sinusoidal output currents with 90° phase difference. It also provides high output impedances that make the circuit can directly drive load without additional current buffers. The condition of oscillation and the frequency of oscillation can be electronically/independently controlled by adjusting the bias current of the OTA. The use of only grounded capacitors without any external resistor is ideal for integration.
