    This paper proposes the use of modern communication technology that sports can be different, especially, in competition, which they are difficult to track (recording) because the rules of the competition and distance cause the effects of time recording errors in terms of accuracy and impartiality. The integrated vehicular ad hoc network (VANET) is recommended to accommodate such problems. The system is integrated by a 3G or 4G cellular wireless network. By using the general packet radio service (GPRS) to monitor closely to the athletes though the route and duration of competition, where the sports safety and clarity can also be monitored and realized.

    This report presents the use of modern communications technology to track the behavior of the Juvenile, which are difficult to track (record) because the number and distance. Network of RFID and GPS is recommended to cover such problems. The system will consolidate and submit to the control center using GPS to check very closely with the Juvenile that route and duration of a safe place will help prevention and suppression of the offender's Juvenile is also possible to detect and recognize.

    The paper purposes the use of new energy management method for monitoring sub-electrical power station security, service and maintenance. A system consists of a close circuit television (CCTV) for surveillance system, in which the electrical system prevention and monitoring can also be operated by using the thermal viewer (sensor). The consumers confident for the electricity quality will be increased by EAT smart Grid. This equipment can be installed in the system of substation in order to create stability for Thailand electricity system throughout the Smart Grids.

    The use of security cameras with privacy protecting ability

    A novel method of security camera operation is proposed. In the method, security cameras, which encrypt the taken images and store them into the memory card inside, are used. Only when crimes occur, the memory cards are taken out from the cameras and the images are decrypted with the key and viewed by the city government and/or the police. When no crimes occur, images are overwritten by the new ones after a week automatically without being viewed by anyone. By using the stand-alone cameras without wiring to the control center, the installation cost and the operation cost are much lower than CCTV cameras. By using image encryption, the privacy of the tourists is protected. Using this system, high density installation of the security cameras with very low cost can be realized in encryption with image encryption privacy protection function.

    World heritage city surveillance system by a smart CCTV system

    World heritage city surveillance system using smart closed circuit television (CCTV) is a system that detects the movement around the monitoring area and then counts the number of tourists who enter and exit the word heritage city. The system has been developed to assist the surveillance system in the world heritage city (WHC) or restricted area through the CCTV camera in detecting the trespassers, when the WHC is closed. This data can be used not only for the surveillance purpose but also for the commercial strategic planning and the security community as well. For example, the number of participants, audience, or visitors who attend the event can be used to plan the upcoming event. In developing the world heritage city surveillance system using smart CCTV, the developers adapted the knowledge about image processing to detect and count the number of people-in and people-out from video data and to security for the system. The system was tested on three set of video data and the results reveal 80-90% accuracy rate. Most of the errors occur when the background area is dark or when people walk in a group but the ability to control critical analysis of communication data to the agency administrator can control the order to increase security for tourists and maintain the condition of the remains a world heritage site.

    Crime in the sport stadium is an unacceptable situation. It is necessary to watch and inform to the related person. The existed system to date is not replied such a requirement. In this paper, we propose the use of today information technology for crime in watching and investigation in the sport stadium. The system known as wireless-touch screen that uses for sport stadium surveillance, detection, and prevention criminality. It is cheap and movable instrument which is suitable for portable application. The additional system for privacy protection using the camera with angle sensor and spectator's information is also proposed.

    This paper presents the use of information technology and power line poles in the organization known as Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA), where there are two different applications are described. Firstly, the multi-channel communication (MCC) using both wire and wireless communication media for PEA organization image development is discussed. Secondly, the use of closed circuit television (CCTV) that they can be installed into the street lamps on the power line poles throughout the nation for homeland security is proposed and discussed in details.

    Nowadays traveling has become the significant and profitable industry which creates huge revenue to all countries around the world. Each country has its own characteristics and outstanding features to attract visitors. One of the most important factors that keep the visitors visiting the destination is the security of the place. Security is one of the keys to sustainable tourism as well. To achieve this, "Security Camera" is a very important tool and plays a highly significant role regarding this matter. Also "Privacy protection" is no very important. "Mobile security camera", a concept derived from real time surveillance network, aims to prevent and cease crime immediately in active surveillance method as will be discussed later on. The system with safety, privacy protection and cost efficiency for sustainable tourism is also discussed. Finally, to introduce the enough number of cameras with the limited budget, cost efficiency is important.

    We present the use of camera for sport judge, where the best sport broadcasting soccer which is popular worldwide to be more interesting with the right result. The audience which is known as sport fan club or spectators expects the right competition results, which may be concerned the gamblers. We use a remote camera system for the game clarification, i.e. fair play because the criticism of judges and the referees may be inappropriate behaviors. We use the system based on closed circuit television (CCTV) cameras to support judges and the lineman decision. Moreover, the monitoring of audience and game can be provided by using the registered and telescope cameras, respectively, which mean that the game result with fairly play can be seen over the audiences.
