Item type:Publication, New wavelength division multiplexing bands generated by using a Gaussian pulse in a microring resonator system(2009-12-01) ;Polar, A.; ;Mitatha, S. ;Bunyatnoparat, P.Yupapin, P. P.We propose a novel system that can be used to generate the new optical communication bandwidths (wavelength bands) using a Gaussian pulse propagating within a nonlinear microring resonator system. By using the wide range of the Gaussian input pulses, for instance, when the input pulses of the common lasers with center wavelengths from 400-1,400 nm are used. Results obtained have shown that more available wavelength bands from the different center wavelengths can be generated, which can be used to form new dense wavelength division multiplexing bands, whereas the use of the very high channel capacity for personal wavelength and network applications is plausible. ©2009 IEEE. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Item type:Publication, Bittorrent cache using virtual tracker(2006-12-01)Bittorrent is powerful peer-to-peer network protocol for sharing individual resources. It is very popular among internet users because there are many easy-to-use bittorrent clients and many resources in bittorrent network. In other hand, bittorrent peer-to-peer behavior generate a lot of traffic and bring the network bottleneck at internet connection line in many organizations This paper proposes a model of bittorrent cache system which using transparent tracker for reducing download traffic from all active downloading tasks in local network, show some experimental results to reduce all download traffic, and show deterministic fluid model to analyze the big picture of the system. © 2006 IEEE. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Item type:Publication, Soliton collision and crosstalk management using a micro-ring resonator System(2009-12-01) ;Tadee, K.; ;Mitatha, S. ;Bunyatnoparat, P.Yupapin, P. P.We present the interesting system that consists of a micro ring resonator system incorporating an add/drop filter. By using the appropriate parameters relating to the practical device. we found that the obtained multisolitons can be benefit the dense wavelength division multiplexing application, whereas the different center wavelengths of the soliton bands can be obtained via the add/drop filter without the collision, which can be used to increase the communication channel capacity in communication network. ©2009 IEEE.
