The study aimed to determine which factors affected a Thai general practitioner’s (GP) intent to take integrative medicine and health (IMH) training. From the literature review, it was noted that IMH has other similar programs globally with names such as complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) and complementary and integrative medical procedures (CIM). Additionally, three latent variables were selected for the study and used in the confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and structural equation model (SEM) LISREL 9.10 path analysis of the five hypotheses. The SEM results for each GP’s training attendance intention (TAI) discovered that first in importance was each medical professional’s learning ability (LA), then their perception of the innovative training course (ITC), and finally, their innovative attitude (IA). Final determination was then made that all the causal variables in the model had a positive influence on TAI, with the variability of factors influencing TAI (R2) at 41%. The three causal variables determined to affect TAI had total effect values of 0.64 (LA), 0.52 (ITC), and 0.43 (IA), respectively.

This study explores the intention to use innovative compliance applications among Thai-listed companies, focusing on a novel technology introduced to companies listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET). The research employs the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) as its theoretical foundation, utilizing a quantitative approach. Data from 360 capital market law compliance officers in Thai public companies listed on the SET was analyzed using structural equation modeling. The study identifies four key factors impacting user satisfaction and intention to use the application: perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, trust, and innovation quality. Results reveal significant relationships between innovation quality, user satisfaction, trust, and the intention to use the application. Findings demonstrate the connection between TAM variables and technology adoption in the legal sector, particularly for capital market law compliance officers. Innovation quality, user satisfaction, and trust emerge as the most influential factors, in that order, affecting the intention to use the application. This research contributes to understanding user perceptions and intentions regarding compliance software, potentially guiding future developments in regulatory technology for Thai-listed companies.

Equity Crowdfunding (ECF) has emerged as a significant financing tool for early-stage ventures in Thailand, attracting a diverse investor base. Considering the novelty of ECF platforms as non-bank equity investment options, investigating these investors' decisions is essential, even though this is an under-researched area despite ECF's rising popularity. This study aims to identify the key factors influencing investment decisions in ECF and establish a conceptual framework, with a particular focus on projects offering stock issuance through an ECF platform in Thailand. The framework is grounded in the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM3) and incorporates elements from the Information Systems Success Model (ISSM), Innovation Diffusion Theory (IDT), and Social Influence (SI) factors. The intention to invest in an ECF platform serves as the dependent variable within this framework. The research presents a comprehensive model of ECF, intending to provide valuable insights to platform providers and policymakers. This understanding of investor behavior prior to investment could contribute to the growth and sustainability of ECF in Thailand.
