Item type:Publication, Current controlled oscillator based on translinear conveyors(1996-07-18) ;Kiranon, W. ;Kesorn, J.A current controlled oscillator based on translinear current conveyors is presented. The oscillation frequency can be varied proportionally to the bias current. The oscillator uses two CCCII+s, and two grounded capacitors. SPICE simulation results agree with the theory. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Item type:Publication, Simple frequency/voltage convertor with low output ripple(1991-01-31) ;Kiranon, W.; Loescharataramdee, C.A frequency/voltage convertor with theoretically zero output ripple is presented. It has a simpler structure and four times faster response than an earlier system. Moreover, it may easily be modified to a switched-capacitor version, if so desired. © 1991 The Institution of Electrical Engineers. Item type:Publication, A novel derivative envelope detector(1998-12-01) ;Sangpisit, Wipa; ;Kiranon, WiwatLoescharataramdee, ChariyaA novel and efficient algorithm for envelope detection based upon Hilbert transformation techniques is presented. The method relies exclusively on using differentiation to approximate Hilbert transformation. The resulting detector is causal and does not require exact knowledge of carrier phase or frequency. The effectiveness of the method is illustrated through investigations of the estimation error performance in comparison with that of the existing detectors. Simulation and experimental results demonstrate the superiority of the proposed method. © 1998 IEEE. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Item type:Publication, A novel FM demodulation scheme(1995-01-01) ;Kiranon, WiwatAn alternative approach for FM signal demodulation using differentiators is proposed. This new approach, which can be realized in IC form, does not require an envelope detector or filter explicitly, thus enabling a fast and accurate response. Analytical and numerical results, in addition to experimental results, are presented. © 1995 IEEE
