The aim of this research was to compare the newly developed processed meat packaging in Thailand’s retail market and to study the factors affecting consumer purchasing decisions. In this study, a mixed methods approach was applied using a structured questionnaire, in which the alpha coefficient was good (0.903), as the research tool. The collected data were analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) and AMOS programs. The packaging comparison results showed that consumers’ satisfaction with the newly developed processed meat packaging led to increased satisfaction. In addition, three factors affecting the new packaging design were identified, which is consistent with the empirical data, and showed discriminant validity that could be applied to separate the factors used to evaluate the customers’ feelings in the retail market. The results also indicated that shelf life extension, product differentiation, and convenience of portability were the vital components affecting consumer purchasing decisions. Thus, entrepreneurs can adapt these three factors to the marketing strategies development of their processed meat packaging in order to maximize the distribution opportunities for their sustainable economic stability in Thailand’s retail market.

The research investigates pottery heritage as a framework encompassing cognitive, social, and material dimensions, within the context of collective action and the generation of products and innovations in pottery art in Ban Kruat, Thailand, a community in Southeast Asia maintaining enduring ceramic practices. Drawing on perspectives from cultural psychology, material culture studies, and creative industry analysis, the study explores how embodied knowledge, inherited crafting techniques, and shared symbolic meanings in pottery production contribute to shaping individual identity and fostering communal creativity. Employing a mixed qualitative approach, including ethnographic observation, semi-structured interviews with potters, and artefact examination, the findings reveal that pottery heritage functions not merely as a preserved traditional craft but as a dynamic repository of social memory and a source of adaptive innovation. Data were collected from 100 registered community enterprise entrepreneurs, employing stratified sampling. A structured questionnaire with a 5-point rating scale (α=.921-.932) was utilised. Analysis included computation of means and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). The study identified distinctive features of Ban Kruat pottery linked to its archaeological identity: 1) black-grey coloration, 2) durability, 3) coiling technique, 4) rounded bases, and 5) flared rims. To determine the clay composition, local clay was combined with pumice dust in a 2:1 weight ratio, yielding pottery with high strength (118.85 kg/cm2) and low water absorption (2.78%) following firing. Three key factors significantly influenced community enterprise entrepreneur satisfaction: aesthetics (=0.971), identity (=0.912), and materials (=0.888). Model fit indices indicated strong fit: Chi-square=74.349, df=65, p=.200, Chi-square/df=1.144, GPI=.911, NFI=.939, CFI=.992, TLI=.988, RMSEA=.038. The results indicate that intergenerational transmission of skills, ritualised production practices, and material engagement with clay enhance collaborative conduct, reinforce social cohesion, and support product diversification aligned with current market demands. By interlinking cognition, identity, and material culture, this research contributes to the broader discourse on heritage-driven innovation, demonstrating how traditional craft systems can sustain cultural continuity while facilitating creative product development in a globalised economic context.

This mixed-method research examined the physical properties of Sansevieria stuckyi God–Leb. fiber for textile product design using a tensile testing machine, with the results subjected to multiple regression analysis (MRA) and exploratory factor analysis (EFA). Four factors were considered for textile product designs, including (1) local wisdom, (2) local economy, (3) creative economy, and (4) environmental sustainability. Sansevieria stuckyi God–Leb. fibers blended with rayon and cotton were optimal for the development of textile products. The fiber designs enhanced the quality of woven fabrics in the local community and promoted public interest in economic, cultural, and environmental opportunities through new textile products that align with the 21st century.

Objective: The objective of this study is to analyze the retail market potential of processed meat products in Thailand and establish a structural equation model. Entrepreneurial SMEs registered commercially in Thailand. Theoretical Framework: This research applies a packaging design concept that can meet the needs of modern consumers. The new packaging must have the following characteristics: 1)It must create a positive feeling while consumers use it. 2) Must have low production costs. 3)Must be able to arouse consumer interest. 4)has a beautiful layout Method: This research is applied research consisting of 5 steps: 1) Data collection step. 2) Design process 3)Trial use process 4) Evaluation process 5) Steps for analyzing and presenting factors that affect. This research uses the following statistics: 1) Mean 2) Standard Deviation: SD 3) Exploratory Factor Analysis: EFA 4) Confirmatory Factor Analysis: CFA 5) Multiple Regression. This research analyzed data using the SPSS program and the Amos program. Results and Discussion: The results of this research show the importance of 4 factors that influence the increase in consumer satisfaction: Factor 1 design guidelines, Factor 2 access to products, Factor 3 identity, Factor 4 understanding of the future of the retail market with the likely direction of the market. All four factors are important to the opportunity to sell processed meat products in the Thai retail market. Research Implications: The research results reveal the influence of 4 factors that together influence the level of consumer satisfaction. By knowing the interrelationship of these 4 factors, which is considered a fact arising from this research. Therefore, small entrepreneurs in Thailand can apply all four factors to designing their own processed meat packaging. And there is an opportunity to increase the sales volume even more in the future. Originality/Value: The results of this research contribute to knowing the factors that influence the level of consumer satisfaction with processed meat products available in the retail market of Thailand. This fact helps reduce the inequality in competition between small and large operators in the processed meat retail market of Thailand. Therefore, it is an important part that helps increase the competitive potential of small entrepreneurs in the future.
