Abstract
It is my great pleasure and privilege to welcome you to the 2011 Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications and Information Technology Conference (ECTI-CON 2011). This conference aims to gather researchers to share information and bring old friends together. The venue is at the Pullman Raja Orchid, down town in KhonKaen, and the conference date is May 17-19, 2011. © 2011 IEEE.
