Abstract
In this paper presented an ultrasonic anemometer based on Kalman filter algorithm by using a phase shift technique of transmitted signal and received signal. The aim of paper are the study and test a model of ultrasonic anemometer by employing a phase detector which IC exclusive-or gate as a phase-shifter. Kalman Filter is used to estimate output signal and is done by microcontroller in order to decrease the noise and variance. This model can measure speed of wind 1.0 m1s to 11.5 m/s which have phase shift 0 to 180 degree with error is 8.34%.
