Abstract
An integrable version of general-resistance converters, whereby a given resistance is accurately transformed into a negative or positive resistance, with accurate electronically controllable magnitude is described and demonstrated. The resulting voltage-controlled variable resistance is floating and linear over the entire dynamic range. Some applications demonstrating the versatility of the element are also presented. © 1978, IEEE. All rights reserved.
