Abstract
Single crystals of AlPO-n (AlPO-5, AlPO-15 and AlPO-21) have been grown using Al metal as the aluminum source and appropriate organic amines as templates. The influence of synthesis conditions on the crystal size has been studied by systematically changing temperature, the organic template and the gel composition. © 2007 Elsevier Inc.
