Abstract
We have performed a target size dependence of fluorescence temporal profile from an Indocyanine Green (ICG) target filled in a phantom by Fluorescence Diffuse Optical Tomography (FDOT) method. From the results of experiment and statistical analysis, we have found that the geometry effect of target size was one of the key parameters in temporal profile determining the resolution of the optical reconstruction images. © 2013 SPIE.
