Abstract

This paper presents a design of voltage-controlled floating resistance circuit using MOSFET. It is based on transconductor circuit with high linearity transconductance. The frequency response is about 7.5 MHz. The results of this proposed circuit have been carried out by using PSpice circuit simulator program.
