Abstract
In order to explore how to cultivate applied logistics talents in line with the new model and new business format, this paper uses the questionnaire to statistically analyze the effect of school talent training, combined with the gap between the actual employment demand of enterprises and the current situation of talents, analyzes the contradiction between the supply and demand of logistics talents, and analyzes in detail the rapidly developing new retail, real-time distribution, intelligent logistics The knowledge demand, core competence and demand of logistics talents in new modes and new business states such as cold chain logistics, introduce CDIO mode to design talent training scheme, analyze the curriculum index system of logistics talents under CDIO mode by analytic hierarchy process, and summarize the training strategies of Applied Logistics Talents under CDIO mode to adapt to the new mode and new business state, In order to provide some reference value for optimizing the logistics talent training program under the background of the new era.
