Abstract

Reverse logistics (RL) become one of the key strategy of supply chain management in the present which focus on reducing environmental impacts and also recapturing value from end of life products/return products from point of consumption to create more profits to the businesses. Many companies try to apply the concept of RL to improve the efficiency of supply chain management and response to demand changing of the customers which more focus on the environmental friendly products. However, the companies still faced some barriers from RL practices implementation. Therefore, the objectives of this study aim investigate the RL practices solutions of Thai's electronics industry by using structural equation modeling (SEM) which exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) were used to examine the proposed model.
