Abstract
This paper presents method to identify the users' locations for indoor-users using wireless network devices. The method can specify wireless LAN users' positions through wireless device drivers, the same methods as Global Position System(GPS) tracking ones, based on Microsoft™ Windows™ Driver Development Kit (DDK) [10] The program developed by Visual C++. By using presented log-likelihood ratio(LLR) combined with Geometry method, the error in distance of location tracking is approximated only 0.75-1.25 meters. The experiment provides a good result, faster tracking as well as real time approach compared with another method [1][2]. ©2006 IEEE.
