Abstract
Based on the gyrator-C inductor topology, a second-order bandpass filter can be realised by adding a series capacitor to the input port of the gyrator. High-Q second-, fourth-, and sixth-order fully differential RF bandpass filters operating in the 2.4 GHz Industrial. Scientific and Medical (ISM) frequency band under a 2V single power supply voltage with low-power dissipation are demonstrated.
