Abstract
The DOCSIM system is an out-patient information system that integrates intelligent modules into a prediagnosis session to help doctors retrieve similar cases from previous successful treatments and store new successful cases into the system's knowledge base for future use. In testing the system with 45 patients, a human doctor gave the DOCSIM system an average score of 3.39 out of 4. © 2008 IEEE.
