Abstract
This research was to determine the efficiency of manufacturing system based on Overall Efficiency Equipment (OEE) for the production efficiency monitoring model. Deficiency production presents the total efficiency equipment of factory. The data obtained from this study reported the efficiency from machine unit of factory. This mode) improvement is successful when utilized in real working processes, one of the plastic injection manufacturing companies located in Thailand for three months. The result caused from the collecting production data of every machine which was recorded into the system daily. Consequently, this data were analyzed and shown the overall efficiency equipment of machine and factory immediately on screen. Therefore, the manager can be fast making decision on time.
