Abstract
A new active-only biquadratic filter employing OTAs and OAs is introduced. This circuit is fullly integrable, and programmable, and implements all the three filtering functions (low-pass, High-pass and Band-pass). The filter offers low active sensitivities and its parameters ω and Q-factor can be separately tuned by electronic means through controlling the transconductance gains of the OTAs and insensitivity to temperature variations. The PSPICE simulation was carried out to realize the proposed circuit. © 2006 IEEE.
