Abstract

Experimental observations of permanently induced negative resistances in reverse-biased silicon p-n junction diodes are reported. Self-oscillation of the diodes have also been observed. Application of the induced diodes as voltage-controlled oscillators has also been experimentally demonstrated. © 1978 Taylor and Francis Group, LLC.
