Building a Sustainable Future: Thailand's SHRM Approach to the SDGs

Abstract

Three aspects of sustainable development are derived from the combination of the aim Sustainable Development Goals include: environment, society, and economy. The conceptual model of sustainable human resource management (SHRM) in Thailand is presented in this article. The factors of this framework influence the sustainable human resource management. The literature review of sustainable development, Sustainable Development Goal, and human resources management is evaluated through the synthesis of ideas founded on many categories and autonomous concepts related to sustainable human resources management. Sustainable human resource management can enhance the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals.
