Abstract
Tourism needs to follow latest technology, such as AI, to be competitive. Education on smart scenic area construction is much updating. This research used questionnaires and statistical analysis to classify the key five types of core stakeholders and interest claims in smart scenic areas. Based on analysis result, the author built a smart global tourism scenic architecture model and proposed a test standard which met the construction requirements of smart tourism scenic and global tourism scenic and was easy to connect the construction of smart cities and smart earth. To meet needs of tourists' location services and make the system usable, the paper educated people to use Beidou, 4G, Wi-Fi positioning methods including 2 parts to build a unified comprehensive location service agreement based on multi-source location data. Future research and new way to help people on impact of the coordination function for multiple departments in the same scenic spot.
