Abstract
In this paper, we obtain a strong convergence theorem for finding a common element of the set of solutions of variational inequality problems and equilibrium problems. Moreover, we apply our main result to obtain a strong convergence theorem for finding a common element of the set of fixed point problems of strictly pseudo-contractive mappings and a convergence theorem involving minimization problems. Furthermore, we utilize our main theorem for numerical examples.
