Abstract
A OTA-C current-mode universal filter with independent tunable-Q realized by band-reject function is proposed. The proposed circuit employs OTAs and grounded capacitors. The parameter QP can be tuned independently from ωP . However, the other different kinds filter function as low-pass, high-pass, band-pass and band-reject response can be also obtained without changing circuit topology. The parameters ωP and Q P can be electronically tuned through adjusting the transconductance gains of the OTAs. Moreover, the parameter QP can be also tuned by changing component manually without effect to the ωP . The simulation results have been carried out by PSpice. ©2006 IEEE.
