Abstract
This paper proposes a BiCMOS current mode lossy integrator lowpass filter in translinear form. It operates at high frequency range, 3 volts supply voltage. The cut-off frequency can be tuned by using the biasing current. All simulation results of cut-off frequencies variation are carried out by using PSpice simulation based on 0.8 μm BiCMOS technology.
