Abstract
This paper presents a single phase PWM inverter to be controlled by PLL compensator with non-linear loads. Its measured phase angles of voltage and current for reactive power compensation are performed, which capacitor current and load voltage are feedbacked to PLL compensator. The PLL architecture has two interconnected control loops, a magnitude controller and a phase angle controller, which provide the measures of magnitude, frequency and phase angle of the input signal. Reference voltage for PWM inverter is calculated by estimated capacitor current on the contrary to order control methods of PLL in which two estimations have been performed. © 2009 SICE.
