Abstract
An idea try to connect real world knowledge and abstract space of knowledge. This paper proposed a knowledge systematic schema which recreated based from abstract knowledge model and organization knowledge model. The schema was developed as a part of analysis process covering knowledge management and knowledge object levels. To design schema, we used the conjugate point between knowledge items, in term of knowledge role, knowledge instance, and knowledge asset to correlate knowledge perspectives. The benefit of the proposed model supports convergence of knowledge dimension and concludes all in one systematic modeling. © 2014 IEEE.
