Abstract
The competency of the undergraduate student in air cargo management program of Civil Aviation Training Center complied with the Aviation companies’ requirements. The research method was by the use of questionnaires with the reliably at 0.976 for collecting the data. The sampling groups were administrators and employees of the aviation companies. They were chosen by purposive sampling method and analysis data with the adaptation of the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method. The results found that the competency of the undergraduate student in Air Cargo Management Program of the Civil Aviation Training Center complied with the Aviation companies’ requirements have high levels in all three areas. In accordance with QFD adaptation method for analyzing the data, they have the important weight score (IMP weight) from highest to lowest score as follows: (Area 1) Skills = 1.98, (Area 2) Knowledge = 1.44, and (Area 3) Attribute = 1.17.
