Abstract
This paper is the presentation of the implementation RISC microcontroller for speech and data information scramble design. The data information and speech are scramble by using linear block code. The digital data will be scramble to protect the secret data from trapping during the communication. In system design: RISC Microcontroller is selected to operate with Microconverter. The Microcontroller is used to encode and decode digital signal. The Microconverter is used to convert signal. There are 12 bit analog to digital and digital to analog. The development emphasizes the reduce system and cost. It is easy to change or improve the system by using software. The result system can be scramble and operated at real time.
