Abstract
The production line of all glass have to be examined whether it is of an acceptable standard. Because the products that are under standard might be harmful to the consumer, which in turn will have an effect on the company's reputation. This article presents the using of Digital image Processing in QC section. A large number of glasses on the conveyor will be automatically and actually checked at high speed level by the threshold of digital image processing. Additional to the oddities in the glassware, various stones, blister, bird wings and grease spots could be found as well.
